Not always. The GDPR requires one in some cases (Art. 37); otherwise it's a choice. Our agents tell you whether you're concerned, with the text to back it.

Can my assistant keep my register?
Yes. Connected through MCP, it saves records to your register, and every change creates a version. You'll find them on the platform with the same address.
